BA (Hons) in Education Studies and Early Years

The BA (Hons) in Education Studies and Early Years degree programme is designed to give students an

understanding of education and early years as an academic discipline. The programme encourages

students to review the nature and impact of current national initiatives in education against the

growing emphasis on early year's education. Furthermore, this degree offers an opportunity for

students to understand, explore and make an informed contribution to education debates.


This programme is ideal for students who are interested to start a career in Early Years and

Education or for those who are enthusiastic to become entrepreneurs or edupreneurs. This programme

is designed to enable students to combine work based replacement/ internship and study.

All subjects are structured to help students to understand and acknowledge the importance of each

subject throughout this program.
